It's not a recipe that'll be staying in my library, but it did become a member of the [clean plate club](https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLdAiyt6EtZP4wkMoQIHp2h00Ta9PyBtdi), and when I asked Zoe to check it out, it gave a commendable score of 65/100 for matching my dietary needs, putting it squarely in the "Enjoy regularly" category.
